The program included a range of outdoor activities that encouraged team spirit and recharged everyone with positive energy. One of the highlights was a visit to the “Padaloto” sport fishing site near Smolyan, where colleagues had the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility by the water and taste freshly prepared trout, renowned for its exceptional flavor.

Breathtaking natural scenery enhanced the experience — from the panoramic view of the Snezhanka Tower to the unforgettable sight from the “Neviastata” cliff, revealing the beauty and grandeur of the Rhodope Mountains in all their splendor.

The teambuilding once again confirmed the importance of shared time outside the work environment. We believe that these very moments contribute to better communication, stronger relationships, and even more successful collaboration.

On April 10th , 2023, “FG BULGARIA” EOOD closed an Agreement for the provision of non-grant financial assistance with the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, for a total value of BGN 554,091.53. The contract is financed by the European Union, through NEXT GENERATION EU, under the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability. The purchase of a “CNC machine for coiling torsion springs” is planned, which will contribute to increasing the production capacity and increasing the export potential of the company. The project has a duration of 12 months and is fully compliant with the environmental goals of the “do no significant harm” principle.
